At the orphanage, there is an adjacent building that has rooms that can be rented out to some local female students, this would provide an ongoing passive income for the orphanage, but before this can happen, some repairs are needed to make the rooms usable.
The roof needs to be sealed to make it watertight, some plastering and painting is needed, and also some plumbing issues need to be resolved. The goal is to renovate this building so we have a few rooms that are usable and can be rented out.
